Wine

We regularly rotate our glass pour selections. Changes are based on seasons, availability, whims, fancy, etc. Visitors can always expect around 20 – 30 wines available by the glass – red, white, rose and sparkling. Bottles from our shop may also be uncorked for drinking at the bar. If you can’t finish your bottle you are welcome to re-cork and take it home!

Beer

We have one tap beer that changes occasionally. We’re currently running a crisp and delicious Pilsner from Westphalia, Germany: Veltins. We also have one import bottle – right now it’s the Italian lager, Menabrea. We’re never without bottles of Rainier.

Spirits and Liquers

We keep plenty of the world’s aperativi and digestivi on hand, as well as a focused selection of spirits for sipping and for use in classic cocktails.

Non-Alcoholic Drinks

Sparkling cider, mineral water and some delicious organic sodas from Germany…yummers.
